| A home with a built up area up to 30 Squares (3000 Sq ft) will be charged at 25000.
Cost may vary if the exterior of the house has a complex design and shape.

| Important features of the Model: |

| - Only the exterior (Shell) of your home will be modeled.
|
|
| - This does not cover modeling of interiors. Interiors of the house will be modeled at extra cost. For costing details contact us on shristirealtors@gmail.com

| - The model will be developed with the purpose of uploading it to the So in order to ensure faster downloads, we will need to keep the file size to the bare minimum. To ensure smaller file sizes, the exterior details will be modeled on a need-basis only.

| - While modeling the exterior of your home, photos provided will be used for texturing. The quality of the photos you provide will have an impact on the quality of the final model. There-fore we insist that you provide good quality photos. Our Company cannot be held responsible of images provided are of low or bad quality.
|
|
| - while accepting the model to place it on its actual geographical location, will prune the model to suit the requirement of the application. At the time there may be some loss of result. We don’t guarantee any quality for uploaded model. But in general the model will have the same shape and size of your building.

| - We will try to match the colors as detailed in the images provided, but we cannot guarantee a 100% match.

| Policy. |

| | Once the customer places the order we take one working day to upload model. Once it is uploaded to and 3D warehouse any body across the globe can view this model and down load it without any restrictions. Therefore we can not refund the amount paid for model. If any corrections are required in the model designed we can carry out the corrections and re-upload within 2 working days. |
